Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist to support the Crop business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and research documents to design targeted learning solutions
• Develop materials for various delivery formats, ensuring instructional design principles are applied
• Update and revise training materials regularly to meet evolving needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in Curriculum Design, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience
• Strong technical writing and editing skills
• Experience in financial services or insurance environments
• Knowledge of course development tools such as Articulate and Microsoft Office
• Experience in heavily regulated industries, particularly in crop insurance training, is a plus
