Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Design Specialist to develop engaging training solutions for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop blended learning materials (eLearning, ILT, SOPs, quick guides)
• Apply instructional design best practices and ensure brand and compliance standards
• Manage multiple training projects and coordinate with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design
• Experience with software such as Articulate and Captivate
• Project management experience
• Call center or security experience is a plus
