Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design & Trainer, Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and education programs, managing project timelines and resources
• Provide leadership to the internal training team, prioritizing work and facilitating meetings
• Oversee the development of role-based education materials and manage training programs for end users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with experience as a substitute for education
• Minimum of 7 years in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a senior management role
• Proficiency in authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia tools
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading cross-functional teams
