Job Summary
To support a federal client in delivering high-quality training solutions, the full-time remote Instructional Design & Storyline Specialist will focus on instructional redesign, eLearning development, and process improvement, particularly modernizing mandatory training programs related to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Records Management.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training materials aligned with client priorities
- Translate complex policy and technical information into user-friendly content for diverse audiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including refining process documentation and training approaches
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development
- Strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline, including accessibility features
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with Section 508 / WCAG accessibility standards
