Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

To contribute to impactful training programs across diverse modalities, the remote Instructional Design Specialist will design and develop training materials utilizing the ADDIE framework, create engaging learning experiences, and manage learning projects from planning to evaluation on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs and materials using the ADDIE framework
• Create engaging learning experiences across various formats including eLearning and instructor-led training
• Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define learning objectives

Required qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Proven experience applying the full ADDIE model to training programs
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development with a portfolio
