Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Instructional Design Specialist will design and develop training programs using the ADDIE framework, create engaging learning experiences across various modalities, and manage learning projects from inception to evaluation.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs and materials utilizing the ADDIE framework
- Create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, blended, and digital formats
- Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and outcomes
Required qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Proven experience applying the full ADDIE model to various training programs
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, with a portfolio of work
