Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support a leading financial client, the temporary remote Instructional Design Specialist will design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning solutions using the ADDIE model, focusing on creating engaging training experiences across various modalities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs and materials, including eLearning content and instructor-led training
• Conduct needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and performance outcomes
• Implement evaluation methods to measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Camtasia
• Demonstrated experience developing both eLearning and instructor-led training programs
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
