Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance learning experiences, the full-time Instructional Design Specialist will design and develop interactive training materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage course content in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and develop interactive Level 1-2 learning experiences
• Document project milestones and maintain communication within the Learning Technologies team to ensure timely project completion
• Upload and test courses in the Learning Management System to ensure functionality and optimal user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Technology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in learning systems software or technology-based learning development
• Proficiency with course authoring tools, particularly Articulate products
• Familiarity with video editing software and basic production equipment
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and education administration processes
