Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Design & Trainer, Mid.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with instructional design teams to integrate work and deliver training solutions
• Support logistics and delivery of training for over 1000 end-users, ensuring all materials are prepared and ready
• Participate in workflow design sessions and maintain documentation for training materials and course content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in adult education or instructional design
• Ability to create and follow work plans
• Experience in designing and developing learning content
• Knowledge of the payer/healthcare environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems
