Instructional Design Videographer

Job Summary

To support the training initiatives of The UPS Store franchise network, the full-time Instructional Design Videographer Specialist will create engaging video content, collaborate with subject matter experts, and manage video production processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members and SMEs to conceptualize and develop video training content
• Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality production standards are met
• Edit video and audio footage, incorporating graphics and special effects for effective instructional materials

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in video cameras, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in video production and editing
• Bachelor's Degree in Video Production, Visual Communications, or related discipline preferred
• Strong storytelling abilities and visual design sense for creating engaging video content
