Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer in Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis to identify performance gaps and determine appropriate learning solutions
• Design and develop high-quality learning materials including eLearning, videos, and job aids
• Collaborate with project managers and subject matter experts to create engaging training content

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing eLearning and learning experiences
• Proven proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
• Portfolio showcasing instructional design work is required
• Strong project management and time management skills
