Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning assets using adult learning principles and various authoring tools
• Manage multiple learning projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders
• Conduct virtual training sessions and facilitate programs to enhance learning and development within the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as E-Learning Technology or Instructional Design
• Minimum of three years of corporate instructional design experience, preferably in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency with e-learning tools, including Articulate Storyline and Canva
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
