Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Instructional Designer is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customer education experiences for construction management software, requiring collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training requirements and develop content
• Design, develop, and evaluate software training materials across various modules and user roles
• Create interactive eLearning content and instructional videos, and maintain content for the Learning Management System

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design & Training
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred
• Strong skills in developing learning content for complex software solutions
• Intermediate video production and eLearning content development skills
• Comprehensive understanding of adult learning theories and best practices for training
