Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Partnering with HR/Talent Management stakeholders, the remote contract Instructional Designer will design and develop engaging learning experiences across various formats, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences for classroom, virtual, blended, and self-paced eLearning programs
• Create course content, storyboards, prototypes, and supporting design documentation for stakeholder review
• Build and maintain learning assets such as job aids, workshop materials, and digital resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of instructional design experience creating end-to-end learning solutions
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong visual/slide design capabilities
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/360, Captivate, H5P)
• Proficiency with digital media/graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
