Instructional Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic training environment, the remote, full-time Instructional Designer will create and maintain eLearning and instructor-led content for Coupa Product training, collaborating with stakeholders to define learning needs and applying instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to identify learning needs and define measurable performance objectives
• Create diverse curricula for online, instructor-led, and virtual instructor-led training environments
• Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design or adult learning within a corporate training environment (SaaS preferred)
• Proven ability to work in rapid development cycles, delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines
• Mastery of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Camtasia
• BA/BS degree in Education or Instructional Design required; a professional portfolio must be provided
• Strong foundational knowledge of instructional design processes and adult learning theories
