Job Summary

To support the development of scalable learning experiences, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will manage the end-to-end design of training programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, and apply adult learning principles to create engaging content.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of onboarding, product knowledge, and role-specific training programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct learning needs analysis and translate findings into effective training solutions
  • Define success criteria for programs and use feedback and data to iterate and improve learning content
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of instructional design experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
  • Proficiency with major authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and experience with various design methodologies
  • Experience in conducting learning needs analysis and developing content plans
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of instructional materials, including eLearning and facilitator-led content
