Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and release courseware
Design and develop engaging digital learning content
Participate in planning discussions to map the strategic direction of user training

Required Qualifications:

3+ years working as an instructional designer or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, and Camtasia
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Visual Design, Education, or related disciplines
Experience in technology and/or software-focused business is a plus
Experience with Applied Systems products and/or the insurance industry is beneficial
