Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilizing developmental design thinking principles to solve user experience issues
Designing and developing innovative e-learning experience practice standards
Partnering with content and skills experts to align company priorities

Required Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in designing, developing, and user testing
Professional working program knowledge of GSuite and experience in Evolve and Intellum LMS
Prior experience meeting company standards in presentation design and copywriting
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
Skilled in an array of project management programs
