Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and implement training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning activities and course content to enhance retention
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs for the target audience
• Conduct instructional research and analysis, and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, human resources, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in training and instructional design/curriculum planning
• Experience with LMS systems, particularly Articulate
• Experience in the healthcare or customer service industry is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
