Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and identify learning objectives to address skills and knowledge gaps
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to develop instructional materials
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Instructional Design or Educational Technology
• 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Expertise in Articulate 360 Cloud, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suites
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and performance improvement methodologies
• Experience in creating impactful training content
