Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop training content and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training content using best practices in curriculum development and adult learning theories
• Evaluate and approve content for accuracy and compliance while collaborating with subject matter experts
• Create engaging instructional materials and media, including graphics, simulations, and exercises

Required Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Proven experience in instructional design and instructional technology
• Ability to write effective instructional text and scripts
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to drive results
