Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to design, develop, deliver, and maintain e-learning content related to cognitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning courses and training materials
• Ensure timely completion and high quality of deliverables in accordance with company standards
• Review and update course content during product release cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced experience in Storyline 360, with preferred experience in AI tools
• 5-7 years of eLearning development experience
• Experience in the Clinical Trials industry is a plus
