Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and maintain e-learning content focused on cognitive assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal subject matter experts to create engaging eLearning courses and training programs
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables that meet quality and company standards
• Review and update course content during product release cycles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
• Advanced experience in Storyline 360, preferably with AI tool experience
• 5-7 years of eLearning development experience
• Experience in the clinical trials industry is a plus
