Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Enablement team and subject matter experts to create engaging training content
• Design and develop eLearning content and package it into learning modules
• Audit content for ADA compliance and ensure adherence to Product Marketing and Sales Enablement standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or video production, preferably in a software company
• Experience using multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate, Adobe)
• Strong project management skills, including time management and task prioritization
• Experience as an administrator of learning management systems and/or sales enablement platforms is preferred
