Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for internal teams and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop tailored learning materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training
• Translate technical product information into accessible training aligned with business goals
• Maintain a content development calendar and evaluate training effectiveness for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong experience developing training for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and content development platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables
• A passion for collaboration and helping others succeed through education
