Key Responsibilities

• Create self-study courses using training technologies like Oracle and Articulate

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of instructional design experience with eLearning development
• Minimum of 2 years of HEDIS healthcare or related field experience
• Minimum of 2 years managing learning and communication platforms
• Demonstrated ability to train and communicate complex subject matter
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
