Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging training content for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales enablement teams and subject matter experts to develop training content
• Design and produce eLearning materials and video content
• Audit content for compliance and ensure adherence to marketing and training standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or video production, preferably in a software environment
• Proficiency with multimedia authoring tools such as Camtasia and Articulate
• Strong project management skills, including time management and task prioritization
• Experience in creating instructional materials that adhere to sound design principles
