Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office
• Expertise in adult learning principles and ADDIE/SAM methodologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
