Key Responsibilities

• Project manage development efforts, ensuring timely and budgeted completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, design, or technology preferred
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in instructional design, project management, or content development
• Strong portfolio showcasing design principles and adult learning implementation
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, graphics programs, and video editing software
• Understanding of user experience in online/web-based teaching and learning
