Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Update talent profiles and build training materials under the guidance of the HR Business Partner
• Design and develop change training for a new store selling and service model, customizing content for various audience segments
• Determine priority questions for hiring managers based on revised employee segments and support content launch/implementation

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of change management and adult learning principles
• Experience in a corporate environment creating training materials for a frontline workforce
• Understanding of HR functions and talent fundamentals
• Proficient in instructional design and development of training programs for various formats
• Experience with content launch and facilitation support
