Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CX stakeholders to assess learning needs and establish objectives
• Design and develop various instructional materials, including digital content and presentations
• Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and improve materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems (CMS)
• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Reach preferred
