Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials and assessments
• Manage the Learning Management System and ensure content is up-to-date
• Leverage AI tools to enhance content personalization and learner engagement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and LMS administration
• Proficiency with e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
• Experience with AI and LLM technologies in corporate learning environments
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards
• Knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM
