Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop self-paced online courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design instructional activities based on book content for online courses
• Collaborate with the Chief Information Officer and Lead Instructional Designer to create course outlines and set deadlines
• Ensure the final product meets design and content standards through staff reviews and cooperation

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design for online learning
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and with virtual teams
• Proficient in word processing and graphics applications
• Ability to develop courses using Moodle 4.0+ with standard tools and plugins
• Experience with the ADDIE model is a plus
