Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement learner-centered instructional experiences using evidence-based design models
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective instructional materials and strategies
• Continuously evaluate and improve instructional content and processes based on feedback and needs analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Experience designing online professional learning courses across various platforms
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM
• Ability to clear a background check
