Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to design and develop learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit engaging learning activities and course content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop materials
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
• Degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a similar relevant field is preferred
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Flash programming
