Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning and development programs across various business functions
• Conduct training needs analyses and recommend learning strategies that drive strong outcomes
• Evaluate the impact of learning solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least 2 years of instructional design experience or 5+ years in a learning & development role
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies to create high-impact learning solutions
• Experience designing evaluation strategies to assess the efficacy of learning programs
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360
