Key Responsibilities

Creating exciting and effective training for clients
Contributing to the implementation journey of clients
Reworking technical documents into effective training materials

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in creating training material for software applications
Certificate/Diploma in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field
Experience with Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, and Keynote
Demonstrated interest in lifelong learning
Experience in the utility sector, SaaS, or software implementation is preferred
