Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer 4 based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality instructional materials, including e-learning courses and multimedia content
• Recommend and experiment with innovative tools and technologies for dynamic learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and manage stakeholder feedback to enhance training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Strong experience in Instructional Design, preferably in tech or sales environments
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Camtasia, and other authoring tools
• Experience using AI tools in instructional design or project workflows
• Familiarity with remote collaboration best practices
