Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer II to create engaging learning experiences focused on cybersecurity awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a variety of security awareness training materials using adult learning principles and instructional design models
• Utilize the Articulate 360 suite to create interactive and visually appealing e-learning courses
• Collaborate with cybersecurity Subject Matter Experts to ensure content accuracy and manage instructional design projects from start to finish

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of direct experience in instructional design and development
• Experience with the Articulate 360 suite, especially Storyline 360 and Rise 360
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing and developing e-learning solutions
