Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Knowledge Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops strategic compliance training programs for the Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs organization
• Supports company-wide training programs and projects to enhance learning technology
• Analyzes training performance metrics to assess the Knowledge Management system and identify training priorities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years' experience in instructional design
• 5+ years' experience in designing various training content formats
• 3+ years' experience in developing eLearning content using authoring tools
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device organization is helpful
