Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer who can create engaging training content for product updates and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging learning materials from product updates and processes
• Collaborate with the Product team to create digestible training content for feature changes
• Maintain and organize the content library to ensure consistency and alignment with brand voice

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in instructional design and eLearning creation
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Google Slides, and LMS platforms
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills in English and Arabic
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Ops teams
• Preferred: 2+ years in L&D, CX enablement, or content design
