Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging training materials for product updates and process changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging learning content from product updates and processes
• Collaborate with the Product team to create digestible training materials for upcoming releases
• Maintain and organize the content library to ensure consistency and alignment with branding

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in instructional design and eLearning creation
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, and LMS platforms
• Strong written English and Arabic skills with editing and structuring expertise
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in product and operations
• Preferred 2+ years in L&D, CX enablement, or content design
