Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer who can create engaging training materials for product updates and process changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and engaging learning content from complex product updates
• Collaborate with the Product team to create digestible training materials for new features
• Maintain and organize the content library to ensure consistency and alignment with branding

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in instructional design and eLearning creation
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, and LMS platforms
• Strong editing and structuring skills in English and Arabic
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
• Preferred: 2+ years in L&D, CX enablement, or content design
