Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver effective learning experiences for independent contractor agents
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create engaging instructional content and improve agent performance
• Analyze training effectiveness and gather data to enhance learning materials and meet business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Media, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing training curricula or related fields
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of learning materials and development strategies
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
