Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to enhance training programs through the development of effective learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update training materials including eLearning modules and instructor-led resources
• Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders to identify performance gaps
• Create engaging learning content and evaluate training programs for effectiveness and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems
• A bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Two to four years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
• Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technologies
