Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time, temporary Instructional Designer to create asynchronous learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis and develop measurable learning objectives
• Design eLearning modules and create engaging content using various multimedia tools
• Implement quality assurance practices and iterate on feedback to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a master's-level program in Instructional Design or related field, or a completed bachelor's degree
• 3-5+ years of experience in developing asynchronous eLearning for adult professionals
• Portfolio demonstrating microlearning, scenario-based activities, and accessibility practices
• Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and knowledge of SCORM/xAPI packaging
• Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
