Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Digital Education & Readiness).

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies, designs, and develops training for digital systems and tools using the ADDIE process
• Analyzes learning needs and collaborates with subject matter experts to create effective course content
• Maintains a centralized repository of training materials and tracks training participation and assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; three years of experience in e-learning development
• Experience with learning management systems is required
• Adobe Captivate experience is critical
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
