Key Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and conduct needs analyses
• Design, write, and develop instructional content for various learning programs
• Create evaluation tools to measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in developing instructional content
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Prior project management experience preferred
