Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary SFDC + Oracle CPQ Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and SMEs to understand system functionality changes and training requirements
• Design, develop, and launch training materials aligned to release timelines
• Monitor end-user knowledge and support broader enablement activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in instructional design within a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a matrix organization and building relationships remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate
