Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences using adult learning principles and various tools
• Manage learning projects from initiation to delivery and maintenance while communicating with stakeholders
• Establish processes for quality assurance, accessibility, and continuous improvement of learning materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Instructional Design or Education
• Minimum 3 years of instructional design experience in regulated industries
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Availability to work remotely during specified time zones
